     Terms and Condition

• Only candidates having CNIC and domicile of Punjab are eligible to apply
• Requirements are made according the government policy
• 5 years age relaxation will be given
• Selection will be strictly on merit
• Initial appointment will be for 1 year
• Poor performance or absence will lead to termination

• Application must be applied with domicile, experience certificate with 02 copies of CNIC and two passport size photographs with other  attested required certificates should react superintendent office Lahore general hospital upto 30 june 2016
